We will gladly exchange your items within 30 days of purchase but unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email to info@TozadaDanceCompany.com and we will send you a return shipping label.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Policy

-All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s), and accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received your order.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact.

-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange.

How to Make Your Return

① Send an Email to info@TozadaDanceCompany.com

② Please include your Full Name, Shipping Address, Email Address and Order Number along with the reason for an exchange.

③ You will get authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your exchange.

We'll email you once we have processed your exchange along with the new tracking number.

Kind reminder

-Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

-Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Order cancellation

Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Tozada Dance Company ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tozada Dance Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Tozada Dance Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
