All merchandise purchases are final sale. Due to the custom nature of team merchandise and limited inventory, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted once an order has been placed.

Please review all item details, sizing information, and quantities carefully before completing your purchase. Tozada Dance Company is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected at the time of purchase.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including, but not limited to: incorrect sizing, change of preference, or duplicate purchases.

If an item is received damaged or defective, notification must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup so the issue may be reviewed.
